1. Contact the Complete Bathroom Service to arrange a site survey and consultation.

2. During the site visit we will talk you through all your ideas and queries about your bathroom and advise you accordingly to what you can and can't do. Your consultation will include details about your bathroom suite, tiling, electrics, plastering and will include calculating the amount of tiles required for your project.

3. The Complete Bathroom Service will then submit a detailed quotation based on all of the information from the site visit. Our quote will include all plumbing fittings, tile trim, adhesives and grouts required for the completion of your project. N.B. White grout is used for the walls and grey grout is used for the floors unless otherwise specified. (All our quotes are based on ceramic tiles for the walls and porcelain tiles for floors, with 2mm spacing for walls and 4mm spacing for floor tiles) .

4. Once you have received your quotation and are happy to continue then contact us and we will book your project in for our next available start date. You will then receive confirmation of your booking which needs to be signed and returned.

5. We do ask if all materials i.e. Bathroom suite and tiles are present on commencement of project.

6. Prior to starting the project you will receive a payment plan from C.B.S to inform you what to pay and when.

7. Sit back and relax while we complete your bathroom, keeping you involved throughout your project until completion.
